常'樂'有法 -- thanks from 投資無限

快樂人生就是這麼簡單,一切源於你的取捨.

你的態度如何,你的生活定必如何.

1. Throw out non-essential numbers.
This includes age, weight, and height.
Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.
>這叫忘我境界,一定要放下自我才可看透.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.
(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)
>古語有云: 近朱者赤.近墨者黑.長期的潛言默化真的不可忽視.

3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.
Never let the brain get idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
>學海無涯,學些自己有興趣的東西,培養多方面興趣,生活自然不會苦悶!

4. Enjoy the simple things
>贊成!簡單就是美.現在好多東西被簡單複雜化了,實在自尋煩惱.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with her/ him!
>與人相處最好的催化劑.有時或可以'一笑解千仇'呢.

6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on.
The only person who is with us our entire life, is our self.
LIVE while you are alive.
>永遠不要'lost faith in yourself'. 因為你是自己最好的朋友.

7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.
>沒有愛,不懂愛. 得到世界又如何?

8 Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
>都市人常把健康排在很後. 但是沒有了健康,你還能為未來努力嗎?

9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.
>正面思想,正面行動,換來正面人生.

10. Tell the people you love, that you love them - at every opportunity.
>分享愛,分享喜悅,你定能得到加倍的愛,加倍的喜悅.
